Aldinga Beach (Silver Sands) is an easy 45-minute drive from Adelaide (around 45 km south of Adelaide). Take the Expressway or travel along Main South Road (A13) from Adelaide and follow signs to the Fleurieu Peninsula and McLaren Vale. (Note DO NOT take the left road turnoff to McLaren Vale and Victor Harbour) Then:

Turn right onto Norman Road (Road to Silver Sands beach access ramp)

Turn left onto Coolangatta Drive (one street before the Esplanade)

Turn left onto Nardoo Road.

Turn right onto Darwalla Road and winesea cottage is on the left hand side.
