NOTE: A mimimum security deposit of $450 is required on all bookings. This will be refunded on a satisfactory inspection of the property.

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the relevant tariff is payable within five days of making the reservation. The balance owing is to be paid at least 14 days before arrival.

We prefer direct debit into our account, cheques or money orders.
